We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure peak freshness. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks for the best flavor profile.

Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?

Absolutely. You can choose your favorite blend or single-origin coffee and select a delivery frequency that suits you. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Do you provide coffee grinding services?

While we recommend buying whole bean coffee to preserve freshness, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred brew method (Espresso, Filter, or French Press) on the product page before adding it to your cart.

How should I store my coffee beans?

Keep your beans in a cool, dark, and dry place. Our bags feature a resealable zipper and a one-way valve, which are designed to keep the coffee fresh; there is no need to move them to a separate container unless it is airtight.
